SEEK THE TRUTH, AND THE TRUTH WILL FIND YOU....

"You have no need to travel anywhere. Journey within yourself, enter a mine of rubies and rise in the splendor of your own light."                           RUMI

In the times that we are living in, we are constantly bombarded with lots of information. When we finish consuming one snippet or information, there is second information which is ready to be consumed. And the cycle goes on and on and we just keep taking in all the information. Think about it as if you just keep eating food all the time and without giving your stomach rest and time to digest and assimilate the food. What will happen to you?  Indigestion, right? That is what is happening in the current times with each and every one of us. We are overloaded with the plethora of information with no time to grasp the message/meaning and introspect to convert information into wisdom. What we want you to do is to stop, think and see how the teachings can be applied in your life; otherwise it is just information gathering and rote learning. This is the process of ATMA CHINTAN, the self-analysis. Process to imbibe and formulate your own wisdom.

AtmaChintan is a journey which will take you deep inside your mind, your being and it will reveal your reality to you as you keep moving forward on the path. You may not see the path fully defined before you but as you keep going, the path will get clear to you. Understand the path as a road trip at night from Mumbai to Pune. When you are travelling from Mumbai to Pune in the night by your car, you only need to have a broader idea of the route, rest you will be guided on the path by your headlights. Each and every twist and turns, road bumps are past of journey revealed to you as you progress on your path. Welcome on journey for the better understanding of self. The path will be created as we move on.

When you decide to go to Pune, you jump in your car in Mumbai and then start driving. You don't just push your accelerator once and release it and expecting the car to reach Pune. You have to keep the accelerator pressed so that car is running and apply brakes wherever it is required. Similarly, to have change in your life, it is not enough that you do some kind of activity for one hour and expect a change to happen. To bring about change in your life, you have to live the change every moment from the time you have decided to bring about that change. Every choice of yours, every thought of yours needs to be aligned towards reaching your goal. The process that keeps you aligned toward the goal is……… ATMA CHINTAN.
